New tariffs, that we are charged by various postal companies in Europe, and have to pass on to you as of 1 July 2007.
Your order will usually be delivered within 2-10 days after your payment has been received. If we cannot send you your order within a week after receipt of your payment, you will of course be informed on the status of your order. You will then receive an e-mail or phone call. You can also pay by credit card or banktransfer.
For shipping costs and speed of delivery and payment for orders outside the Netherlands (within Europe), we use the shipping costs stated below.
Belgium:
For orders of 2 packages, Euro 10,00 will be charged in shipping costs.
For 3 packages or more, no shipping costs will be charged.
Britain / Italy / Luxembourg / Austria:
For orders of 2 packages , Euro 13,50 will be charged in shipping costs.
For 3 packages or more, no shipping costs will be charged.
Spain / Sweden:
For orders of 2 packages, Euro 17,00 will be charged in shipping costs.
For 3 packages or more, no shipping costs will be charged.
Ireland / Switzerland / Portugal / Norway:
For these countries Euro 32,00 will be charged in shipping costs (customs surcharge)
Countries outside of Europe:
For orders of 2 packages, Euro 22,45 will be charged in shipping costs.
For 3 packages or more, no shipping costs will be charged.
After your order has been received by us (by telephone or by e-mail) you will receive a message in which all bank details are stated, (in most cases) free of charge, for a bank transfer. For foreign orders the same applies; as soon as we have received your payment your order will be sent.
